About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Four to eight years of experience in e-commerce, growth, business operations, strategy or consulting, or a general-management track, including direct experience working on an e-commerce business.
  • Hands-on marketing execution, including building at least one triggered lifecycle flow for email or SMS and running at least one paid campaign.
  • Ability to read a profit and loss statement, identify the levers that move revenue and margin, and supply promotion, acquisition or retention inputs to the person who owns it.
  • Experience briefing and managing at least one designer, agency or production vendor to a delivered result.
  • Experience writing requirements that engineers or an outside vendor built without the candidate present.
  • Regular use of AI tooling, such as large language model assistants, agentic tools or automation, including at least one reusable workflow built by the candidate.
  • Ability to produce a figure from a spreadsheet, explain its source and identify what could make it wrong.
  • Experience carrying at least one cross-functional project to launch where the delivering teams did not report to the candidate.
  • Strong written communication, including communicating inconvenient news to a senior person in one page.
  • Already authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work hybrid from the Dallas or Irvine office.
Responsibilities
  • Design complete lifecycle-flow specifications in the customer relationship management tool, including segments, triggers, cadence, subject lines, preview text and body outlines for each send.
  • Build and run the promotion calendar for approved offers, including early access, store-credit or coupon mechanics, reminder series, last-call messages and the audience for each send.
  • Run giveaways and sample programs from specification through readout, including insert design, an operations distribution plan, landing pages and targeted sends.
  • Plan and launch paid support for each assigned initiative within its existing allocation, including audiences, creative angle, pacing and measurement.
  • Run the weekly creative queue, ensuring every email, banner, paid asset and insert has a brief, owner and due date; brief contract designers and the agency, including on seasonal photoshoots, seasonal-versus-evergreen split, product mix, placements and claims.
  • Use AI image and copy tools to create first drafts, provide designers with refinement briefs, and verify claims, prices and links before publication.
  • Align website surfaces with campaign messaging by updating homepage cards, banners, promotions pages and pop-ups; write build requirements for engineers and confirm implementation.
  • Build landing pages, QR-coded inserts and email banners, and create SEO content including high-intent pages, how-to guides, blog content and creator content.
  • Execute approved repricing across thousands of product variants and perform a clean rollback when executive review requires it.
  • Turn approved initiatives into one-page briefs documenting goals, limits, stop conditions, metrics of record, open items with owners and dates, and which information is measured versus inferred.
  • Write Jira business-requirement tickets describing the problem, current state, numbered requirements, acceptance criteria and out-of-scope items, without prescribing implementation details.
  • Pressure-test assumptions, secure written cross-functional commitments, sequence work and drive initiatives to completion with progress visible in Jira and Confluence.
  • Prepare business cases for outsourcing programs, including current costs, vendor costs, expected improvements and a dashboard to assess performance; the relationship owner negotiates and signs.
  • Provide the General Manager with sourced profit-and-loss inputs, including promotion depth and cost, store-credit liability, customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend by channel and line, retention and repeat rate, average order value, and margin per promotion.
  • Own weekly reviews of paid-media efficiency by channel and line, lifecycle performance and deliverability, promotion results, and own-brand search share.
  • Turn recurring work into workflows such as saved queries, reusable prompts or agents that deliver results.
  • Ensure each initiative has complete marketing coverage before launch across the website, lifecycle marketing, paid media, organic marketing and SEO, Customer Service, partner and supplier communications, and measurement.
  • For four product lines sharing one website, identify the lift a campaign gives the other three lines and the sales it may pull from them.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with multiple product lines on one site, ideally apparel.
  • Working fluency in at least two of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads or Pinterest Ads; Klaviyo or a comparable lifecycle platform; Mixpanel or comparable product analytics; or SQL.
  • Experience shipping website, landing-page or SEO changes independently rather than through a team.
  • Experience at a bootstrapped, profitable or otherwise resource-disciplined company.

About the company

Jiffy provides blank, imprintable apparel and printing services for creators, individuals, and businesses. It sources apparel from major brands (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level) and sells with no minimum order, offering wholesale pricing for large orders. The company uses multiple US warehouses to fulfill orders quickly, often in 1–2 days. It has expanded under the Jiffy.com platform to include on-demand printing, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, sublimation transfers, and custom stickers, connecting customers to a nationwide network of local printers for fast production and delivery. This makes Jiffy a distributor that covers both B2B and B2C markets and also a print-on-demand service that supports the creator economy. Its goal is to provide fast, reliable access to blank apparel and printing capabilities with strong customer service and logistics efficiency, helping makers and businesses turn designs into finished products quickly.
