About the Job

Squint is hiring an SDR Manager to lead and scale a next-generation outbound motion. You’ll manage a team of high-potential SDRs and bring experience building modern outbound playbooks, leveraging platforms like Clay, Zapier, and GPT to increase precision, speed, and personalization at scale. This role is for a hands-on leader who knows how to combine systems thinking, cutting-edge tools, and strong coaching to drive predictable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own pipeline creation: Lead the team to consistently exceed targets for qualified meetings and opportunities across strategic accounts.

• Build scalable outbound systems: Architect and refine high-leverage outbound workflows using Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator, and GPT-based personalization.

• Hire and develop top talent: Recruit SDRs, coach performance, and build a metrics-driven culture of curiosity, quality, and execution.

• Partner across GTM: Align closely with AEs and Marketing to shape territory strategy, campaign design, and lead handoff.

• Drive operational discipline: Ensure process adherence, CRM hygiene, and actionable reporting in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in outbound sales; 2+ years managing SDR teams in B2B SaaS.

• Hands-on experience building workflows in tools like Clay, Zapier, GPT/AI tooling, and multi-channel outbound systems.

• Proven track record of driving pipeline through technical experimentation and automation.

• Excellent communicator and coach, with strong EQ and analytical acumen.

• Bonus: Background selling into manufacturing or industrial markets.
