Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team executing strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Oversee technical delivery of high-impact projects (3+ months) while maintaining operational excellence
  • Balance team capacity between strategic projects and essential maintenance work
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnership teams to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions
  • Build and maintain scalable systems for marketing automation and partner integrations
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching
  • Establish and maintain engineering best practices aligned with industry standards
  • Facilitate architectural decisions that enhance our marketing and partnership capabilities
