  • Bachelors degree

  • Deep understanding of Kronos, UKG Pro or other timekeeping software
  • Software applications implementation experience
  • Experience developing business process models, business requirements (functional and non-functional) and product backlogs
  • Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical to success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Lead collaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Consult with business process owners to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives that will translate into tool requirements/user stories.
  • Document requirements into user stories for IT to develop.
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure that requirements meet the business needs and function correctly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead change management related activities that enable the market to successfully adopt the benefits of the upgrade (adoption of best practices).
  • Research, benchmark and identify best practices and participate in continuous education to guide the business in the identification of ‘differentiator’ or ‘competitive advantage’ processes.
  • Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or similar domain product/systems
  • UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) experience or (Kronos Workforce Central)
  • Full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
  • Knowledge of UKG Pro modules: Scheduling, Absence/Leave and Timekeeping
  • Experience with agile project methodology

The U.S. Department of Transportation has moved to halt the $5 billion National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program, forcing states to cancel their plans for building electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
