A high school diploma and seven years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.
At least two years of Construction Materials Testing experience, including soils, concrete, and/or asphalt testing and inspection.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and standard testing and data programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort working with numbers.
A valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit for extended desk work.
A clean background check.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
Draft proposals, secure project numbers, and establish projects correctly.
Assign and train technicians and coordinate with dispatch to keep projects staffed.
Review, sign, and distribute reports and keep billing and invoicing on track.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and bring in new work.
Help establish safety standards for jobsite and office environments.
Desired Qualifications
ACI, NICET, and/or TxDOT certifications in concrete field testing, soils, aggregate, or related disciplines.

What You Bring
