Responsibilities
  • You’ll assess and execute opportunities to enhance Away’s reverse logistics and post-purchase programs, including repairs, returns, resale, recycling, and other emerging business formats — with the goal of improving both customer experience and operational efficiency
  • You’ll lead the restructuring of Away’s warranty program, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a solution that is financially sustainable, operationally scalable, and customer-obsessed
  • You’ll develop and own end-to-end strategy workstreams — from sizing opportunities and conducting financial analysis, to building execution plans and project managing initiatives to completion
  • You’ll identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with external vendors, such as third-party logistics providers and software partners critical to enabling our reverse logistics roadmap
  • You’ll help lay the foundation for future strategic extensions, including the development of broader loyalty and ESG initiatives that build on our reverse logistics capabilities and reflect Away’s long-term brand values
