Have 3 years of full-time hands-on experience within the last 7 years performing Fleet Technical Assistance on U.S. Navy ships’ MK 41 Vertical Launching System and Magazine Safety Systems. Fleet Technical Assistance experience includes providing responsive technical support to U.S. Navy ships to assess, identify, isolate, correct, and prevent deficiencies in the referenced combat systems and equipment.
Have 1 year of full-time experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Hold an active Secret security clearance.
Hold NAVSEA certification as a MK 41 Vertical Launching System System Maintenance Technician.

Provide support to the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center’s Combat Systems Division, focusing on the MK 41 Vertical Launching System.

1. Full-time hands-on experience performing FTA on USN ships’ MK41 VLS and Magazine Safety Systems. Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA) is defined as experience providing responsive technical support to USN ships to assess, identify, isolate, correct, and prevent deficiencies in the referenced combat systems and equipment. 2. 1 year full time experience using Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 3. Active secret security clearance. 4. NAVSEA certified MK 41 VLS SMT (System Maintenance Technician) is required.
