  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8 plus years of experience in project execution
  • Background in Strategic Leadership
  • Working knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, control panel, and Network layouts
  • Proficiency in electrical design software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong background in advanced process control solutions

Responsibilities
  • Managing personnel, deliverables, and execution of department goals
  • Identifying, supporting, and leading strategic organizational priorities
  • Directing the daily work of the E&C Engineering and Electrical Design team
  • Ensuring on-time quality of customer requirements
  • Developing strategic direction for the team
  • Maintaining effective relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and interdepartmental personnel
  • Maintaining a high degree of understanding of water treatment processes
  • Maintaining performance management responsibilities for E&C employees
  • Directing and escalating customer support for sales service and aftermarket
  • Adhering to Xylem Inc. Standard Operating Procedures
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of water treatment & control processes
  • Traveling to project sites, supplier’s factories, and technical conferences as necessary
