About the company

Circuit Clinical is an integrated research organization that connects clinicians, patients, and sponsors to run clinical trials. It brings trial opportunities to physicians and their patients, embedding research into routine medical care so more people can participate in studies for new medicines, vaccines, and medical devices. The company handles the full trial lifecycle—from recruiting and engaging patients to managing data and assessing feasibility—using its proprietary TrialJourney platform to educate and involve potential participants. After merging with Lightship, Circuit Clinical expanded into hybrid trial models, mobile care, and a network of community-based sites, strengthening its ability to reach patients where they receive care. Its revenue comes from providing comprehensive research services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
