- Offer technical assistance with Windows 11; Dell, HP, and Lenovo desktops and notebooks; and MS Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, Manage Engine, Druva, and OneDrive.
- Respond to users requiring help with systems and applications, and promptly respond to Help Desk tickets submitted by employees.
- Assist with auditing Manage Engine Service Desk Plus to ensure all workstations are properly listed and monitoring packs are loaded.
- Assist users with configuring multi-factor authentication on mobile devices.
- Image, deploy, and manage desktops, laptops, and mobile scanners.
- Recover IT equipment from terminated staff.
- Configure and install network printers.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting on workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
- Perform software installations and upgrades.
- Ensure on-site and remote hardware and software applications operate effectively and identify and resolve problems.
- Ensure software and hardware meet Christie Lites specifications.
- Check hardware and software manufacturers and developers for potential vulnerabilities and software updates.
- Manage remote and on-site hardware in a multi-office network, and manage hardware and software applications at branch locations.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Perform data center tape rotations.
