Requirements
  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, or substantial practical experience without a degree.
  • One to three years of experience as a software developer or engineer at junior to mid-level, not senior level.
  • Practical experience using AI coding copilots such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code in real projects, with the ability to use and explain them confidently.
  • Working knowledge of software-engineering practices including testing, debugging, basic continuous integration and continuous delivery, and Docker fundamentals.
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, patience, and clear communication.
  • A hands-on mindset, ability to work collaboratively, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Very good German and English skills at minimum C1 level.
Responsibilities
  • Answer learners' daily technical questions in writing and verbally about AI-assisted software development, common AI architectures, MCP, and system integration, serving as the first point of contact and escalating complex cases to the Senior Coach.
  • Support learners during sandbox exercises, hackathons, and client implementation projects by helping unblock them rather than designing the substantive solution.
  • Conduct individual coaching sessions on debugging, code-review fundamentals, and test automation.
  • Participate in digital workshops and hackathons as an on-site support presence.
  • Report recurring learner difficulties to the Senior Coach and Learning team as input for quality assurance, without owning the quality-assurance process.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Initial exposure to LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent architectures, or MCP, including hobby or project experience.
  • Informal teaching, mentoring, pairing, or teaching-assistant experience with less experienced developers.
  • Basic awareness of AI governance topics such as the EU AI Act and responsible AI.
  • Experience with cloud deployment.

Multiverse acquires StackFuel to train 100,000 German workers in AI skills

Multiverse, Europe's only EdTech unicorn, has acquired StackFuel, Germany's leading data and AI training provider, with the companies setting an immediate goal to train 100,000 German workers in AI skills. Financial terms were not disclosed. Berlin-based StackFuel delivers training for large corporates including Mercedes Benz, IAV and Telefónica, and boasts a 92% programme completion rate. Co-founders Leo Marose and Stefan Berntheisel will join Multiverse's senior leadership team. The acquisition supports Germany's ambition to close its AI and data skills gap, with AI potentially adding €4.5 trillion to the country's GDP over the next 15 years. London-headquartered Multiverse partners with over 1,500 global companies and has been delivering training in Germany since 2025.
