As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills
• 1+ years of experience with fast food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferred
• Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in a fast food industry.
