We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build the next generation of our developer platform and expand the power of Webflow through 3rd party extensibility.
About the role
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

- For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow’s sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc)
- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $115,000 - $145,000 for most US locations and $128,000 - $161,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Product Manager, you’ll...
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for empowering Webflow users through expansion of our developer-facing offerings
- Define and analyze product metrics, tracking the business outcomes of our developer platform investments
- Form, socialize and validate hypotheses about developer and end-user needs related to Apps
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Developer Relations, User Research and other customer facing teams to understand the nuances of the two-sided App marketplace
- Manage the product backlog, accounting for strategic initiatives, App partnerships and market trends
- Collaborate with Engineering, Developer Relations and Marketing on the development and rollout of new APIs

- Possess a strong sense of customer empathy and can synthesize various qualitative and quantitative signals for prioritization
- Want to work on an a multi-disciplinary team serving a two sided marketplace serving both App developers and end-users
- Can articulate the overarching vision while sweating the details
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, providing clarity to stakeholders
- Have experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools
