Advanced Energy Industries (Nasdaq: AEIS) launched three M-CRPS power supplies today at the 2026 Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit in Denver. The units deliver up to 3,600W with power density above 100W/in³, and are OCP-compliant. The 3,600W CSU3600AT-9-3M0 serves 54V architectures. Two 3,200W models, the CSU3200AT-3-6M0 and CSU3200ADC-3-3M0, provide 12V output for AI, data centre, and telecom uses. The AC-input units are certified to 80 Plus Titanium standards. The DC-input model reaches 94% peak efficiency. All use a compact 185mm form factor and include cybersecurity and firmware security features. "These products can help reduce integration risk, simplify platform development, strengthen supply continuity, and accelerate time-to-market," said Conor Quinn, vice president of marketing for high volume products.
Advanced Energy Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS) launched the Centra Smart Hub on October 13, 2026, at SEMICON West in San Francisco. The hub supports up to eight sensors for non-contact temperature measurement in space-constrained semiconductor equipment. Paired with the company's new Remote Smart Sensors, it measures wafer temperature more accurately in lamp-heated silicon and silicon carbide processes, such as rapid thermal annealing and epitaxial growth. Advanced Energy says accuracy improves by up to 40% over standard solutions at temperatures up to 1700°C. Infrared lamps can saturate traditional near-infrared pyrometers. The new system measures at different wavelengths to avoid that signal. The hub sits in an instrument rack and connects to sensors mounted on the chamber. It includes embedded ECAT and Ethernet protocols for integration into existing system architectures.
Advanced Energy launches ultra-ruggedized 160 W AC-DC power supply for extreme environments. DF150 is the first model in the new Defiant Future family of commercial defense power supplies certified to meet MIL-STD 810H and MIL-STD 461G standards. DENVER, Sept. 24, 2026 - Advanced Energy Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS), a global leader in highly engineered, precision power conversion, measurement and control solutions, today launches the ruggedized DF150 160 W AC-DC power supply. This is the first offering in the company's Defiant Future (DF) series of robust, high-reliability standard power supplies for extreme-environment applications across the defense, industrial, telecommunications, transportation and energy sectors. Backed by rigorous validation testing, the DF150 power supply features a broad spectrum of MIL-STD certifications, combining proven performance with the shorter lead times of a standard power supply. It is certified to MIL-STD 810H, withstanding harsh conditions including shock, vibration, altitude variations and thermal extremes. DF150 also provides enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance with certification to MIL-STD 461G. The unit delivers a nominal 27 VDC at 6 A (160 W) with no performance degradation across its extended operating temperature range of -46oC to +60oC. With its IP67 rating, DF150 is fully submersible and exceeds MIL-STD ingress protection requirements for dust and liquids. "The Defiant Future family is designed to deliver uninterrupted power to critical applications where reliability is non-negotiable," said Joe Voyles, Advanced Energy's vice president, Industrial Power Conversion Products. "The DF150 marks a significant step forward in what is possible from a standard commercial defense power supply. It delivers the performance and breadth of MIL-STD certifications often associated with custom-designed solutions with the availability and lead-time advantages of a standard commercial product." The DF150 delivers up to 91% efficiency at full load. It operates with no minimum load and low leakage (275 μA at 230 VAC). Its MIL-STD-461G certification includes RE102, CE102, CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, CS118 and RS103. Advanced Energy offers the DF150 with conduction cooling via a base plate or convection cooling with a mounted heatsink. Other options include various input cable configurations and case colors.
