Responsibilities
  • Support submissions of age ratings for international territories for all products
  • Supervision and management of Age Ratings Team
  • Ensure team drives schedules and creates materials on time and at the correct quality level
  • Act as a point of escalation for team members and remove obstacles
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team leadership
  • Collaborate with other Support Team Managers on communication pipelines
  • Build relationships with Dev, QA, Legal, and Ops
  • Drive processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor team's workload and adjust product assignments
  • Escalate any risk to schedule
  • Create and monitor team OKR's
  • Track overall health of Age Ratings Team
  • Live, promote, and enforce 2K Values
