- A completed degree in business or computer informatics, engineering sciences, or IT training; alternatively, an equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional and project experience.
- Solid experience in Mainframe development and confident use of COBOL and DB2; knowledge of CoolGen is desirable.
- Experience working in a DevSecOps environment and automating build, testing, and deployment with suitable tools.
- Practical experience with batch processing and troubleshooting in an agile environment.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, at least B2-C1 level.
- Work in the agile Input Management team and support the Mainframe component of the document management system from further development through stable operation.
- Analyze and prioritize new business and technical requirements, derive clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and plan work within the team.
- Contribute ideas, design improvements, and increase application stability through clean architecture, testing, and monitoring.
- Support the technological transformation toward modern document management systems, including migration, interfaces, and data transfer.
- Operate Mainframe-based document management processes, manage incidents, optimize performance, and coordinate closely with business departments and IT interfaces.
- Knowledge of CoolGen.
