Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role, with documented successes in the FMCG segment.
  • Ability to plan and organize work and set priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • High negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Very good computer skills, including data analysis in Excel and preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Creativity and flexibility.
  • Fluent Polish.
  • English communication skills in speech and writing at a minimum B2 level.
  • Category B driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop cooperation with key customers.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms.
  • Manage the profitability of key customers.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data and take appropriate actions based on it.
  • Organize and conduct presentations and workshops for customers.
  • Forecast short- and long-term sales and take responsibility for achieving the forecasts.
  • Monitor fulfillment of orders to direct customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Own the promotional budget and evaluate promotions.
  • Acquire new customer-reach opportunities.
