Requirements
  • A college diploma (DEC) in physiotherapy techniques is required.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
  • Strong communication and listening skills are required.
  • Organization, professionalism, and autonomy are required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists to implement treatment plans.
  • Apply prescribed rehabilitation techniques according to established protocols.
  • Participate in functional assessments of patients and monitor their condition.
  • Educate patients about exercises to perform at home and good practices to adopt.
  • Keep clinical records up to date in accordance with professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals on the interdisciplinary team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in home support is an asset.
