Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider or telecommunications industry, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or executive roles, is required.
  • A proven track record of leading and scaling high-tech Internet Service Provider operations from network design through service delivery is required.
  • Deep knowledge of fiber optics, 5G, broadband infrastructure, and network automation is required.
  • Expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with key industry stakeholders is required.
  • Strong technical acumen in high-tech networking, broadband technologies, and cloud infrastructure is required.
  • The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability in a high-tech or telecommunications environment is required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and executive-influence skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Internet Service Provider business.
  • Lead the design, launch, and growth of broadband services using fiber, wireless, and hybrid solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, particularly in emerging markets and sectors such as 5G and Internet of Things.
  • Create innovative, high-performance Internet Service Provider solutions using TP-Link technology.
  • Use knowledge of fiber optic networks, 5G, cloud networking, and next-generation wireless technologies to build advanced solutions.
  • Work with research and development and engineering teams to advance Internet Service Provider technology.
  • Lead adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to improve network performance and service delivery.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a diverse team of technical experts, engineers, and business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing on Internet Service Provider projects and offerings.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with telecommunications companies, Internet Service Providers, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage joint ventures, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
  • Pursue market opportunities across enterprise, government, and residential customers.
  • Establish operational frameworks for network management, service delivery, and customer support.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for network uptime, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the Internet Service Provider business.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degrees, such as an MBA or a master's degree in Engineering, are preferred.
