Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in roles related to financial products, consumer banking, or market analysis, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit products, including personal loans and credit cards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English, including the ability to read and understand technical documents.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumer finance products.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for strategic decision-making in the area.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities to improve and optimize current processes and products.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose new initiatives or adjustments to the product offering.
  • Support the implementation of new campaigns and promotions related to consumer finance.
  • Stay current on market trends and regulations applicable to consumer products.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including risk, marketing, and technology.
  • Handle and resolve queries or requests related to Consumer Finance products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
