About the company

Planned Companies staffs and manages building services for residential communities and commercial properties. Its on-site teams clean shared spaces, handle maintenance, monitor access and assist residents or visitors at the front desk, giving property managers a single service partner. The business earns revenue through outsourced service contracts and coordinates recruitment, supervision and quality control around each property rather than leaving clients to manage individual workers. It also supports specialized environmental cleaning for healthcare facilities through its Pinnacle business. Created in 2002 with predecessor roots dating to 1898, the group is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
