We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.

Education & Experience
