As a Metrology Lab Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing a state-of-the-art metrology laboratory dedicated to measuring and inspecting critical aerospace components. Your expertise in precision measurement techniques, data analysis, and quality assurance will be essential for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our aerospace parts. You will collaborate across multiple design and development organizations as well as support partners in manufacturing and sourcing. As a leader in metrology, your expertise will be sought and consulted as well as playing an integral part of Anduril’s product development process. What will separate this role from others is the ability to re-think metrology in the 21st century and build a capability to manage machines, methods, and data for maximum impact to Anduril’s product making journey.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
