  • Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations
  • Contribute towards the success of the Hightouch platform by surfacing use cases and problems to Engineering

Hightouch is a Data Activation platform that utilizes Reverse ETL to sync data from warehouses to various business tools, eliminating the need for APIs or CSVs. The platform integrates with a wide range of technologies including Snowflake, Google Cloud, dbt Labs, Fivetran, Sigma, Databricks, and Amazon Redshift.
