Responsibilities
  • Execute the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
  • Validate, design, and update current processes, KPIs, and workflows
  • Translate general reporting requests into data requirements, acquire data from multiple sources, and develop reports
  • Prioritize projects and tasks between departmental teams' requests
  • Gather, analyze, refine, validate, report, and publish data
  • Update KPIs on a regular basis across all departments
  • Deliver KPI/Metric reports on time
  • Work cross-functionally on projects to drive business results
  • Partner with business leaders to communicate the story of the data and answer key business questions
