Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex issues by integrating technical expertise, business understanding, and data to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
  • Research, evaluate, and apply best practices and emerging trends in Enterprise Risk Management, ensuring AMA remains aligned with industry standards.
  • Administer and support the ERM program, including tools, processes, reporting, and the facilitation of risk workshops and education sessions.
  • Provide technical analysis and subject matter expertise for key risk activities, assessments, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
  • Advise leaders on business continuity needs, working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement, assess, and monitor continuity plans.
  • Facilitate BCM workshops and tabletop exercises to strengthen preparedness across the organization.
  • Translate organizational strategy into business requirements that guide risk and control decisions, leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
  • Develop and enhance financial, statistical, and risk models while creating dashboards, analytic reports, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of ERM programs and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to organizational challenges.
