OT on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting the The City of Charlottes mission of ensuring the delivery of quality public services and promote the safety, health, and quality of life of its citizens  with Translation, Transcription, and Interpretation services.   .

Seeking Arabic Language Interpreter candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as CLT.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Interpretation Services Functional Area - Interpretation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Interpretation Services (Arabic Language Interpreter) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as City Of Charlotte, NC (CLT) | City of Charlotte Procurement Department Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Arabic Language Interpreter | Interpretation Services [CLT013012]

• Provide real-time verbal interpretation between Arabic and English in various government settings (court, public safety, general citizen support). Ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Arabic Language Interpreter | Interpretation Services [CLT013012] (CLT013012) Candidates:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English, strong listening and communication skills, ability to work under pressure.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, interpretation, or related field preferred. 2+ years of professional interpretation experience. Certification preferred.

Skills Required

• Fluency in Arabic and English, knowledge of legal and public safety terminology.

Competencies Required

• Cultural awareness, adaptability, and ethical responsibility.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Experience with consecutive and simultaneous interpretation.
• Court-certified interpretation is a plus.

Other Details

• Ability to interpret in high-pressure environments.
