  • Product Management experience in free-to-play game live operations
  • Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, coupled with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff
  • Strong passion for games, creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
  • Outstanding written and oral communication

  • Passion for and in-depth knowledge of mid-core, action and combat games
  • Previous experience with live operations post-worldwide launch
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplined team to design, test, and implement live ops elements
  • Use data to form actionable insights and provide regular communication about insights and KPI impacts
  • Support the leadership team in defining and iterating upon the game’s business strategy
  • Drive user and competitive research, usage of core innovative game technology, and ensure product decisions are data-driven
  • Be a player champion
