Requirements
  • Must be able to work in all Texas weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform manual yard tasks in support of branch operations and provide labor assistance to mechanics, sales staff, and other branch personnel.
  • Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Provide customer service and prioritize safety.
  • Check customers in and out on the rental yard.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading.
  • Inspect inbound and outbound machines.
  • Ensure machines are in the correct location and are tagged with green Ready cards or red tags for down machines.
  • Communicate with all departments to support customer service.
  • Maintain the yard.
  • Assist with small deliveries.
  • Assist with wash bay duties for the service and sales departments.
