  • Degree from an Accredited Institution
  • 1-2+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Account Executives/Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations
  • Managing inventory requests, inventory holds, market avails, media plans / proposals
  • Generating targeting maps and visuals for RFP responses
  • Handling invoicing requests / billing inquiries
  • Owning the pre-sale lifecycle of a contract
  • Researching and documenting competitive requests
  • Communicating over email / by phone with internal resources and Clients
  • Building sales decks from scratch
