Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles within the DTC and/or CPG food industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and consumer engagement
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance
  • Passion for food, and consumer trends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies
  • Develop and oversee integrated communication plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content
  • Collaborate with the Sr Creative Director to evolve the brand's visual identity, voice, and tone
  • Build a strategy and recommend a pipeline of innovation
  • Develop and execute our portfolio mix strategy
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis
  • Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively
