Overview
As the Community Programs Coordinator you will play a critical role in driving growth across an ecosystem of Grata users, promoters, and partners. This role supports three community pillars: academic programs, Grata Data Network (GDN), and events. Each program exists on its own calendar and requires a specific skill set. We’re looking for a well-rounded coordinator who is as capable of pitching on the fly as they are organizing a killer event. Our ideal candidate is a metrics-focused go-getter who thinks creatively and loves building relationships.
About the Role
- Own our academic calendar. Plan and run each program, measure the impact, and implement optimizations on a regular basis.
- Grata Scholars twice/year (fall & spring)
- Scholars internship placements (mostly summer)
- MBA club partnerships (fall)
- Manage our deal network. You will be responsible for capturing new sign-ups and developing nurture programs that add value for our investment banking network.
- Execute our events strategy, ultimately owning the planning, logistics, and measurement of event initiatives. This role requires occasional travel — you will act as our “boots-on-the-ground” resource to ensure proper execution.
- Manage a growing and diverse ecosystem of partnerships. Build relationships with our partners and ensure the achievement of our shared goals.
About You
- 2-4 years of professional experience with at least 2 in a market-facing role.
- A strong handle on our product and end markets, especially the investment banking audience. The role requires you to clearly articulate our value proposition to a variety of prospects, customers, and partners.
- First-rate and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing programs simultaneously, each taking a different form. Time management, acute attention to detail, and follow-through are critical to your success.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. While this is a brand role, the programs you manage are expected to translate into outcomes. You should be comfortable measuring impact and be ready to pivot if needed.
