About the job
- At least 1 year of recruiting, sourcing, or staffing experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Clear, warm spoken and written English for communicating with candidates in the United States.
- Strong follow-up discipline to ensure no candidate is forgotten.
- Careful record keeping and keeping the applicant tracking system accurate.
- Reliable internet, a laptop, a headset, and a webcam.
- Availability during 1 AM–9 AM Philippine Time (1 PM–9 PM Eastern Time).
- Review new candidates daily and keep their profiles accurate and complete.
- Match candidates to open clinic roles based on location, commute distance, part-time or full-time availability, and certification.
- Contact candidates by phone, text, and email, and screen them.
- Follow up with candidates who stop responding, remind them before interviews, and check in after interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clinics.
- Keep every candidate's status current in the applicant tracking system.
- Flag open roles that are not filling and explain why.
- Work the candidate pool independently each day.
- Contact new candidates within one business day.
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling, attendance confirmation, and follow-ups.
- Experience in U.S. healthcare, behavioral health, or applied behavior analysis recruiting.
- Familiarity with Registered Behavior Technician jobs.
- Experience working with a U.S.-based team.
