We are looking for interns who are thrilled by the idea of playing an active role in shaping how companies engage with customers through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & more. Whether that is within our client facing teams or internal facing teams all working to deliver upon our company mission. Our team is built of people from across the country who have already moved the needle in social media, influencer marketing, and various sectors of technology. 

Our IT Intern position is only open to candidates physically located in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid role which will provide the opportunity to connect with team members in our Las Vegas headquarters while gaining hands-on experience working with hardware.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help install and configure software applications on company provided assets.
• Help manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Support IT projects, such as system audits, upgrades, installations, and migrations. 
• Assist in monitoring IT systems for performance and security issues. 
• Help audit, implement, and maintain IT security measures, such as protocols and alerts
• Assist in researching new technologies or leveraging existing resources and making recommendations for their implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize software usage and improve efficiency. 
• Document existing IT processes, procedures, configurations, and help guides.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure SOPs are comprehensive and accessible.
• Assist in training users on new software applications and technologies. 

Being an IT Intern at Influential requires:

• Physically located in Las Vegas
• Being a recent or near-term graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s program
• Driven, dedicated and dynamic team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms
