Requirements
  • Extensive experience supporting ACH payment services, including strong working knowledge of National Automated Clearing House Association operating rules and guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of payment file formats and end-to-end ACH transmission and processing workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience representing an operations team in large enterprise projects, with accountability for operational design, controls, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Proven experience leading business analysis, process improvement, and initiatives within an ACH payments environment.
  • Ability to independently manage complex initiatives with minimal oversight while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge existing processes and recommend effective alternatives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead coordination, documentation, tracking, and delivery of process improvement, risk mitigation, and other initiatives within ACH Payments.
  • Own the operational design, execution, and readiness activities for complex projects impacting ACH processing capabilities, partnering with technology and other stakeholders to support successful enterprise delivery.
  • Analyze current-state operational and business processes, identify efficiency and control improvement opportunities, and lead end-to-end implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and partner teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and deliver results.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities, including client profile setup and maintenance, research, investigations, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for ACH-related enhancements, changes, and new initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance procedures, process flows, and operational documentation to support business-as-usual operations and change management.
  • Proactively identify operational, regulatory, and process risks, escalating and addressing issues appropriately.
  • Stay informed on banking and payments industry trends and assess their impact on ACH operations and strategy.

Generate Capital closes $117M community solar financing with MUFG

Generate Capital has closed a $117 million term debt facility with MUFG to finance a portfolio of community solar projects. The facility supports Generate's Community Solar Fund 11, comprising 18 projects totalling 114MWdc across Illinois and New York. This marks Generate's first community solar financing with MUFG. The transaction builds on approximately $1.4 billion in financing commitments the company secured during the first half of 2026. First-half highlights included closing a 104MW community solar portfolio with Monarch Private Capital, expected to deliver approximately $200 million in investment tax credits, and a $61 million senior secured US private placement for energy efficiency projects. Founded in 2014, Generate Capital focuses on accelerating the energy transition by providing reliable and affordable energy solutions. Since inception, the company has raised more than $16 billion in capital.

Miki Mori secures $20.7M credit facility from Mizuho and MUFG to fuel AI, robotics and energy expansion

Miki-Mori has secured a ¥3 billion credit facility with Mizuho Bank and MUFG Bank. The Tokyo-based trading company, which positions itself as a next-generation trading house leveraging AI and digital transformation, said the arrangement reflects confidence in its financial base and governance. Miki-Mori operates distribution of electronics and luxury watches, and has expanded into AI robotics solutions through a dealership with cleaning robot maker Gaussium. The company also develops grid-scale battery storage and data centre projects. Chief executive Ahn Yong-su said the credit line will support the firm's goal of reaching ¥1 trillion in revenue. Founded in 2014, Miki-Mori is a subsidiary of Miki-Mori Holdings.

Qupital raises $300M Series C led by M Capital to scale AI-driven e-commerce trade finance

Qupital, Asia's leading AI-driven fintech platform specialising in cross-border e-commerce trade finance, has raised $300 million in combined new capital commitments. The Series C round was led by M Capital, with additional asset-backed security commitments from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and Quester Capital.
