  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related field
  • Project experience in a Finance department in a financial services company

  • Relevant experience in regulatory reporting, capital management or risk management roles

  • Exceptional oral communication and writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate into 'user-friendly' language for multiple audiences, including senior management, multiple internal constituents, and regulators
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships quickly, influence colleagues and clients, and increase collaboration among program participants in large organizations. Ability to engage at all levels, including senior management
  • Willing to learn and adopt new tools, new processes
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of transformation initiatives for Market Risk RWA
  • Understanding and documenting the current state process and controls, identify gaps in current implementation, writing requirements, and ensuring that the requirements align to the strategic end state
  • Performing data gap analysis and proposing remediation plans
  • Planning and executing testing phases with all stakeholders including test approach, plans, test cases, and testing metrics
  • Facilitating transition to business-as-usual process for RWA Controllers
  • Meeting preparation with stakeholders, raising appropriate status risks and issues
