Matteo Maggiore joins Ogilvy Paris as global creative director. September 4, 2026 Ogilvy Paris has appointed Matteo Maggiore becomes Global CD, adding his 17 years of international experience to the company's creative might. In his new role, Matteo Maggiore will help strengthen Ogilvy Paris's international creative profile and lead the development of global platforms for The Coca-Cola Company across multiple brands and markets. Hec joins from Jung von Matt, where he had been creative director for more than five years. Maggiore has worked at leading agencies including BBDO, Leo Burnett, Wieden+Kennedy and Jung von Matt, across Italy, the UK, the Middle East, the Netherlands and Germany. He has partnered with some of the world's most famous brands, including Nike, Samsung, McDonald's, P&G, HP and Hyundai Motor Group. And he has established himself as a creative leader with a talent for developing ideas that move the needle for both brands and businesses, while remaining deeply connected to culture. Today the Brave expands account team with five hires. The appointments span group, social and shopper teams following new client wins. Today the Brave has appointed five account and creative staff across its group, social and shopper teams in Sydney, Australia, as the agency continues to add new clients. The appointments are Gina O'Donnell as Group Account Director, Liam O'Brien as Senior Account Manager, Rubee Stephenson as Content Creator, Tiana Iacono as Senior Account Manager and Eliza Laurence-Chenu as Account Director. O'Donnell joins from McCann London, where she brings a decade of global brand and integrated marketing experience across Asia-Pacific and EMEA for clients including Qatar Airways and Mastercard. She returns to Australia after three years in the UK, and continues to build her expertise in delivering integrated solutions as well as strategic brand growth. Soham Ghosh joins Ogilvy as Creative Director. Former Enormous Associate Creative Director Soham Ghosh joins Ogilvy's Gurugram office as Creative Director after nearly eight years across leading advertising agencies. 25 Aug 2026 11:30 IST Soham Ghosh has joined Ogilvy as Creative Director he announced on Linkedin, based out of the agency's Gurugram office. He joins the agency after a stint at Enormous, where he served as Associate Creative Director. Ghosh brings nearly eight years of experience across advertising, content and creative communications. Before joining Ogilvy, he spent close to a year at Enormous, having joined the agency as Associate Creative Director in October 2025. Prior to Enormous, Ghosh was with Havas India for nearly four years, where he held a series of creative roles. He joined the agency as Senior Copywriter in January 2022 and went on to serve as Creative Supervisor - Copy, Group Head Copy and Associate Creative Director. During his tenure, he worked across brands including Durex, IndusInd Bank, Suzuki, Vivo, iQOO, Veet, NU and UTI Mutual Funds. Earlier in his career, Ghosh worked at Dentsu Webchutney as a Copywriter, contributing to work for brands such as Spotify, Nestlé Lactogrow, Cricuru and Blackberrys Menswear. He began his advertising career at Wunderman Thompson South Asia, where he worked as a Trainee Copywriter before being promoted to Junior Copywriter. His portfolio during this period included Red FM, The Times of India, Pulse Candy, 99acres, Apollo Tyres and Hero MotoCorp. Ghosh's early professional experience also includes a brief stint as an intern at Contract Advertising, where he worked on Bata, and at Radio Mirchi, where he created content for shows during Durga Puja. Before entering advertising, Ghosh gained editorial experience with t2 and The Telegraph, working on entertainment, lifestyle, sports and food-related content. He also founded Humans of Calcutta, a photoblog that built a community of more than 17,000 followers. With his appointment at Ogilvy, Ghosh moves into the Creative Director role after progressing through copywriting and creative leadership positions across agencies including Wunderman Thompson, Dentsu Webchutney, Havas India and Enormous.
