Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring of acquisitions performance for Direct Mail, E-mail, Telesales and Retail channels
  • Requires finding insight within the performance data leading to recommendations to adjust strategy
  • Works collaboratively with Analytics teams to formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership
  • Assist with monthly acquisitions and marketing budget reconciliation against Plan targets
  • Present performance metrics to senior leadership and broader acquisitions teams via daily/weekly scrums meetings
  • Requires strong skillsets in Excel/Tableau, managing numerous spreadsheets, and attention to detail
  • In-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function
  • Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required
  • Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams
  • Involved in coaching and training of new staff/analysts
  • Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
  • Risk & Control: Maker/Checker role on team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned to prevent errors prior to becoming customer facing; including and not limited to creative audits, approval to drop online application validation prior to each campaign, responses to MCA and internal audit on campaign execution/samples, etc. and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
