Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (DSP, SSP, trading desk, Agency)​
  • Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a ‘startup’ and agile environment​
  • Passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and customer relationship management​
  • Desire to be a subject matter expert within the organization, with the opportunity to help shape Hearst Digital Magazines’ premium programmatic sales strategy for the future
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all programmatic direct advertising revenue within the assigned list of holding company accounts.​
  • Utilize programmatic sales experience tapping into existing and new relationships to maintain and grow programmatic partnerships.​
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and build valuable relationships across internal groups including ad product, data studio, video partnerships, programmatic operations etc.​
  • Consistent education surrounding the latest technology, trading platforms, and marketing trends is crucial.
