- Extensive programming experience, including Oracle Application Express, Oracle database development with SQL and PL/SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, AJAX, mobile application development, RESTful services, and complex large-scale web application development.
- Experience developing Oracle Application Express applications in versions 4.x or 5.x.
- Experience with Oracle database development using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with jQuery and JavaScript libraries.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JSON, and the AJAX framework.
- Experience with mobile application development and the ability to create RESTful services.
- Experience in complex, large-scale true web application development.
- Strong design, development, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently research and provide resolution for production support issues.
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of custom-built applications.
- Provide knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support production applications and resolve related issues.
- Ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes.
- Effective interpersonal skills for communicating technical information and building relationships with customers.
- Extensive experience with software configuration management and software quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience analyzing and defining business requirements and preparing technical designs.
- Understanding of Oracle database design relationships and data modeling, including performance tuning.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
- Experience with build tools such as Ant, Maven, or Gradle.
- Linux administration skills, including firewall configuration and Samba file server configuration.
- Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite 12. in the HRMS, Procurement, or Financial modules.
- Experience implementing TCP/IP sockets.
- Experience implementing data acquisition.
- Familiarity with Kepware.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW.
- Experience automating web-application testing with Selenium.
- Active Department of Energy Q clearance.
