  • 5+ years healthcare experience in managing complex, cross functional teams in healthcare
  • Project management experience and expertise

  • Operating know-how for partner-centric distribution models

Responsibilities
  • Oversee initial implementation and support ongoing management of new and existing Strategic Health Plan Alliances
  • Work with Strategic Alliance Manager to support go-to-market efforts and ensure ongoing execution success
  • Drive key work streams across teams such as technical, marketing, revenue cycle, data, and privacy
  • Conduct regular business reviews with health plan partners and internal stakeholders
  • Provide health plan partners with a delightful experience delivered efficiently and enabled by internal Omada teams
