Guest Relations Associate

Job Description

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room categories, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist VIP guests and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
• Monitor guest feedback and encourage positive guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the hotel management system.
• Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote hotel services, restaurants, spa, and other facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office or guest relations role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems
