About the job
- At least 1–3 years of proven experience as a recruiter.
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience hiring candidates in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to work a graveyard shift during US work hours.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar.
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- A USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM.
- A primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- Partner with clients' human resources groups and field teams.
- Develop a strong candidate pipeline, deliver high-quality hires, and work to reduce time to hire.
- Continuously develop effective recruitment techniques.
- Monitor and manage employee and candidate engagement.
- Source candidates through a variety of methods.
- Screen and vet candidates for fit, competencies, and technical skills.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume reviews, phone interviews, client discussions, offers, and negotiations with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidates from recruiting through onboarding in coordination with field teams and clients.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Open and close requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Schedule interviews and contact candidates to confirm availability, using cloud-based calendars.
