- A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate is required.
- Experience working with children and teenagers diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is required.
- A vehicle and valid driver's license are required for travel between assignments.
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design treatment plans of care.
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
- Supervise and train applied behavior analysis technicians, and implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with them.
- Provide support during family conversations so parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
