About the company

Securitize.io operates a platform for private capital markets, enabling individuals and institutions to invest in vetted private opportunities such as startups, projects, and funds, and to trade private shares on a secondary market. The system uses Digital Asset Securities (security tokens) to digitally represent traditional assets like equity or debt, allowing near-instant settlement and reducing trading risk. Users access the service via an online platform and an iOS app that lets them manage holdings and receive portfolio updates. Unlike many peers, Securitize.io charges fees on secondary market trades but does not charge commissions on primary market investments, and it focuses on broadening access to private markets rather than only serving large institutions. The company’s goal is to democratize access to private capital markets by providing a compliant, efficient way to invest in and trade private securities.

Logos Launches at Money20/20 USA to help financial institutions build new business with tokenized assets and stablecoins.

Logos Launches at Money20/20 USA to help financial institutions build new business with tokenized assets and stablecoins. Founded by former Swift and Matter Labs Executives and Backed by ParaFi and VanEck, Logos Launches its Testnet with Initial Design Partners Paysend and Securitize LAS VEGAS, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - LogosFi, Inc. ("Logos") today launched at Money20/20 USA to help financial institutions expand the business they can do with tokenized assets and stablecoins. For custodians, that means more assets to service. For lenders, a broader range of eligible collateral. For payment institutions, more settlement options to support customer flows. Logos is building the shared evidence infrastructure that helps institutions establish which of these opportunities they can pursue and under what conditions. Each new asset or use requires evidence of rights, backing, custody and restrictions. Today, institutions repeatedly assemble the same evidence. Logos makes it discoverable, verifiable and reusable, helping institutions expand their offerings without rebuilding the evidence base for every relationship. Logos also announced today the availability of its testnet with initial design partners Paysend and Securitize. The company is targeting its first production workflows for early 2027. The company was founded by Tom Zschach, former Chief Innovation Officer at Swift, and Anthony Rose, former CTO of Matter Labs, the company behind ZKsync. Zschach serves as CEO and Rose as CTO. The company is backed by ParaFi, VanEck and strategic investors. "Every institution that can put an asset to work expands its potential market," said Zschach. "Our principle is simple: Publish once. Verify anywhere. Evidence should support the next commercial relationship without everyone starting again." Paysend is helping shape payment and settlement workflows, while Securitize is helping shape workflows for tokenized securities. "Stablecoins will only scale when institutions can trust what they're accepting. We are excited to partner with Logos to continue building the stablecoin-based backbone of our network, comfortable that we will be scaling our trust and our growth hand in hand," said Ben Chisell, Group CEO of Paysend. "One of the biggest opportunities in tokenization is making it easier for financial institutions to support these assets within their existing systems," said Carlos Domingo, Chairman and CEO of Securitize. "By making information about Securitize's tokenized products accessible through Logos, we're helping simplify how custodians, brokers and other institutions integrate these assets into their platforms. We're excited to support infrastructure that can help bring tokenized securities to more institutions and investors." Through an API, institutions can retrieve evidence, verify it against specified requirements and retain a record of what they relied on. Monitoring identifies changes within agreed source coverage. Evidence remains attributable to its sources, while each institution retains its own policies, compliance systems, valuation and acceptance decisions. Logos is also engaging with Solana Foundation, Ethereum Institutional, Consensys, Hashgraph, Avalanche, Fireblocks, Cyfrin, Halborn and GLEIF on evidence requirements for institutional acceptance. Logos is opening ten receiver design partnerships for custodians, lenders and payment institutions with a specific commercial use on their roadmap. Participants will help shape evidence coverage and interfaces for the first production workflows, supported directly by the Logos team. Institutions interested in participating can visit logosfi.com or contact [email protected]. About Logos LogosFi, Inc. builds shared evidence infrastructure for financial institutions using tokenized assets, stablecoins and digital money. It makes evidence reusable while preserving source attribution and each institution's policy, judgment and accountability. Logos launches at money 20/20. Logos announces the launch of the acceptance layer for tokenized assets and stablecoins with first design partners at Money 20/20. Securitize stock up 43% in a month as tokenisation market eyes $30T by 2034

Securitize (SECZ), which claims to be the first publicly listed tokenization platform, launched blockchain-based tokenized stock trading on October 8. The tokens are backed 1:1 by underlying shares of companies including Apple, Tesla, Alphabet, and Amazon. The Miami-based company reported first-half revenue of $33.9 million, up 15.8% year on year. Its adjusted EBITDA loss was $4.6 million, which it attributed to headcount growth. It had $5 billion in assets under management as of July 2026 and entered the third quarter with $350 million in cash and no debt. Transaction volumes rose 147% in the second quarter. Securitize also signed partnerships in Korea and Dubai. Shares have gained 43% in the past month. Six analysts give the stock a consensus "Strong Buy," with a mean price target of $14.44.

Securitize brings Apple, Nvidia and Tesla stocks onchain on Solana.

Securitize brings Apple, Nvidia and Tesla stocks onchain on Solana. Securitize is launching 1:1-backed versions of major U.S. stocks on Solana, giving eligible investors access to equities including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, and Microsoft through regulated onchain infrastructure. Key takeaways. * Securitize launched 1:1-backed U.S. stock tokens on Solana with USDC settlement. * Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla move onchain with regulated rights and institutional market-making. * 24/7 venues from NYSE and OKX-ICE could broaden tokenized stock distribution. Securitize adds stock tokens with dividends and voting rights. Securitize is taking some of Wall Street's most recognizable names onchain. The tokenization firm has launched Securitize Stocks, offering eligible investors exposure to U.S. equities including AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, and MSTR. The products will initially trade on Solana through Securitize's registered broker-dealer platform, with transactions settling in USDC. Unlike synthetic products that merely track a stock's price, Securitize says each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share and structured to preserve applicable economic rights, including dividends and voting rights where available. These tokens will behave more like real shares. The structure is the key distinction. Securitize Stocks represent security entitlements under UCC Article 8. The underlying shares will not be lent out, and investors may eventually be able to convert the tokens into direct ownership recorded through an issuer's transfer agent when supported. The company calls the framework a convertible entitlement token (CET). "Tokenized stocks should give investors more than a price on a wrapper that tracks a stock and is only offered offshore. Securitize Stocks are creating a bridge to a future where issuers themselves can participate directly in tokenization," said Carlos Domingo, Chairman and CEO of Securitize. Access will be available to eligible investors in the U.S., European Union and other permitted jurisdictions, subject to KYC, AML and securities-law requirements. Trading starts during extended hours, with the longer-term goal of moving toward 24/7 availability. NYSE and OKX-ICE venues could expand distribution. The more consequential part of the rollout may come next. Securitize expects the stocks to become tradable on the 24/7 digital venue being developed by the New York Stock Exchange, subject to its launch and regulatory requirements. They are also expected to be available through the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, which combines OKX's blockchain infrastructure with Intercontinental Exchange's institutional market experience. That could give tokenized equities multiple regulated distribution channels rather than confining them to crypto-native platforms. Ripple Prime also plans to support the launch and explore incorporating the assets into its institutional trading ecosystem. Solana gets another institutional tokenization win. Securitize selected Solana as the launch network, extending a relationship that already includes trading in Securitize's own tokenized stock. Liquidity will initially be supported through Securitize's Solana-based PropAMM, with Jump Trading serving as market maker. Nick Ducoff, GM, Institutional, Solana Foundation, remarked that "Securitize Stocks demonstrate what becomes possible when real securities and shareholder rights are combined with fast, efficient blockchain infrastructure on Solana." A Jump spokesperson added that onchain markets have demonstrated the ability to deliver tight spreads, deep liquidity, and transparent price discovery at scale. The development matters because tokenized equities are moving beyond simple blockchain representations. Securitize is trying to connect real shares, regulated brokerage, market making, USDC settlement, and eventually 24/7 exchange infrastructure in one system. For crypto, that is a much bigger story than putting Apple or Nvidia on a blockchain. It is an attempt to rebuild how those stocks can trade.

Securitize launches 1:1-backed tokens of Apple, Nvidia and 10 other US stocks on Solana

Securitize launched Securitize Stocks on Thursday, offering tokenised US equities backed one-to-one by real shares. The initial batch covers 12 stocks, including Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia and Tesla. Trading opens on Solana through Securitize's registered broker-dealer, with settlements in USDC. Trading begins in extended hours, with plans to move to 24/7 operations. Each token is a security entitlement under Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Holders receive dividends and voting rights where applicable. Securitize said underlying shares won't be lent out. The tokens are expected to list on NYSE's planned 24/7 digital venue and OKXICE Tokenised Securities Venue, pending regulatory approval. The launch follows the SEC granting a five-year innovation exemption for onchain trading of fully backed stock tokens. Securitize manages approximately $5 billion in assets.

Securitize launches tokenised shares of Apple, Nvidia and Microsoft on Solana

Securitize has launched tokenized US stocks, initially offering tokens tied to Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta and Amazon. Tokens for SpaceX, Palantir, Circle and Strategy are expected to follow. Each token is backed one-to-one by underlying shares held through Securitize Markets' regulated brokerage infrastructure. The company calls the structure a Convertible Entitlement Token, and holders receive shareholder rights, dividends and corporate-action entitlements. The offering runs on Solana and settles in USDC. Trading will initially cover extended US market hours, with plans to expand towards round-the-clock access. Tokenised stocks have now surpassed $3 billion in onchain value, with Securitize accounting for much of the recent growth. Earlier this year, the company enlisted Jump and Jupiter to provide liquidity and access.
