Requirements
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • A current, unrestricted Clinical Social Worker license and current Basic Life Support certification are required.
  • At least 3 years of recent clinical social work experience, including hands-on practice within the past year, is required.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a valid passport.
  • Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to patient needs.
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate ongoing care across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Respond to acute behavioral health crises by providing stabilization, intervention, and support to patients experiencing emotional or psychological distress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, nurses, and operational teams to support integrated patient care and continuity of services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Support behavioral health education, patient advocacy, and community outreach initiatives that promote mental wellness and awareness of available support resources.
