About the job
- A professional accounting or finance qualification is required.
- Proven experience as a finance or administration manager in a company with an international footprint is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, together with a Certified Public Accountant qualification, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, is required.
- Skill in billing, reporting, analysis, problem solving, and relationship building is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and high-level math skills are required.
- Prepare accurate consolidated monthly financial results, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for company business units for senior management and external parties.
- Review and monitor key changes between actual results and the current forecast, budget, prior month, and prior year, and oversee preparation and presentation of variance explanations to senior management.
- Support interim and year-end financial audits, including working directly with external auditors and tax advisors on issues and coordinating with accounting staff to compile information.
- Manage and oversee the entire order-to-cash process, including sales and purchase invoicing.
- Reconcile data to ensure project financial data is accurate and reported with integrity.
- Ensure compliance with Pixelogic's global business processes for financial management.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
- Experience in the media industry is preferred.
