Five or more years of fiber optic splicing, telecommunications, or related field experience.
Proven experience leading splicing teams, crews, or subcontractors.
Advanced knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR and power meter testing, and industry standards.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to read fiber schematics, splice diagrams, and construction prints.
A valid driver's license is required.
Bucket truck certification is required or the ability to obtain it.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

The Role
We're looking for a Fiber Splicing Manager to oversee fiber splicing operations across projects — leading splicing teams, managing subcontractors, and providing the technical expertise to keep work on safe, accurate, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
