Requirements
  • Must hold an active PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW license in Missouri.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience delivering treatment services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Must have strong understanding of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse services, with expertise in neurodiverse models of care.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient rights.
Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary team meetings, review caseloads, and ensure clinical documentation aligns with neurodiverse care models.
  • Participate in the Executive Leadership team, assist the Clinical Director, participate in Quality Management, and ensure compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
  • Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group assessments and therapy, as well as crisis intervention.
  • Supervise and train licensed and non-licensed clinicians.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the treatment team, families, and external stakeholders, providing education and support regarding neurodivergent youth.
  • Participate in strategic planning for innovative programming, including sensory-informed milieu design and integrative therapies.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 1 year of clinical or supervisory experience in a residential setting.
