Requirements
- Experience developing services and APIs using Go.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HTTP/REST APIs.
- Experience integrating SOAP services using WSDL contracts.
- Knowledge and experience applying hexagonal architecture.
- Experience working with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience using Docker to containerize services.
- Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
- Availability to work as a contractor for 2 to 4 months.
- Must reside in Chile, Peru, or Colombia and be available to work 100% remotely.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and HTTP/REST APIs using Go.
- Implement integrations with internal and external systems and SOAP services using WSDL contracts.
- Design solutions following hexagonal architecture principles and microservices-based architectures.
- Manage persistence and data access using SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Containerize and deploy services using Docker, collaborating on their operation in Kubernetes environments.
- Ensure integration quality through unit, integration, and contract testing, applying security, observability, and performance best practices.
- Participate in initiatives to develop, maintain, and modernize the application.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Spec-Driven Development practices.
- Experience designing APIs using contract-first approaches.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms.
- Experience deploying and operating services in Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Kong or other API gateways.
- Knowledge of ESB platforms.
